Wendy Hood / Chief Operating Officer
Wendy is a business executive turned fitness professional, that loves encouraging great optimal health. After working in retail managing 4 Nordstrom stores in Virginia, Maryland and Georgia, Wendy realized that she needed to focus on her own health. Wendy hung up the suit and put on the sneakers! She and Dennis, her husband of 33 years, love eating great, clean, pesticide-free foods and growing it themselves. God showed Wendy The Sage Life Foundation in a dream and in 2017 TSLF became a non-profit to help all of God’s people retreat, rest and restore.
Corretta McWright / Financial Officer
Coretta McWright is first and foremost a lifetime student of her Christian faith and loves to study and teach the truths of the bible. She is a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 5. Coretta is the President of Alliance Billing Solutions, LLC. This is a business she started in 2003 in order to provide professional revenue cycle management services for home health and hospice providers in the Los Angeles, California area. After relocating to Georgia in 2005, she added consulting, revenue recovery and training services for providers nationally. She currently works full time managing the A/R staff of a $12 million dollar agency in Meredith, New Hampshire.
Mae Malanastas / Administration Officer
Mae Manalastas is a passionate individual dedicated to the field of health and wellness. Hailing from New Jersey, she has been happily married for nearly 25 years and is a parent to their three children. Mae’s journey began at Nordstrom in Freehold, NJ, where she formed a lasting friendship with Wendy. With her deep-rooted enthusiasm for health, Mae has become a respected advocate on the board, using her knowledge and expertise to empower others in their pursuit of well-being. Her commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle serves as an inspiration to those around her, making a positive impact on individuals seeking to improve their overall health and wellness.
Yazmin Wickham / Technology Officer
Yazmin Wickham is a Senior Director of Product for Scripps Networks, part of The E.W. Scripps Company. A seasoned technology professional with nearly 25 years of experience, she leverages emerging tech trends, analytics metrics, consumer feedback, and industry research to develop and implement online solutions for businesses. Yazmin lives in Cumming with her husband of 25 years, child, and mother, where they spend their time building LEGO, playing with their puppy and serving their local church.
